    • The PlayStation Original was released in December of 1994. It and the PlayStation 2 combined were the first consoles to reach 100,000,000 units sold. PlayStation stopped the production of the PlayStation Original on March 23, 2006.


    The PlayStaton came out in 1994. It was the first PlayStation console made.


    This is the original PlayStation control. It was followed by the PlayStation analog control, then the DualShock2 control for the PlayStation 2.


    This is the original DualShock control released for the Original PlayStation in May of 1998, and has progressed to the DualShock 2 and 3 (DualShock 2 for the PlayStation 2, and the DualShock 3 for the PlayStation 3)
